had this for two weeks it is amazing, didnt get renegade but still pretty dam fun. ive turned off modern warfare 2 to play more of this game, great when you got a lot of friends over. way better then guitar hero, not just pushing buttons, different types of scratching, cross fading and spikes, plus taping and the tuner
Dj’s are artists and your opinion has nothing to do with it. People who play dj hero obviously aren’t but dj work is a creative industry in it’s own.
i hate it when DJ’s call themselves musicians. . . they are not musicians, musicians play real instruments. its like saying that coz u know how to drive a car in a video game means u can in real life. . thats not how it works

everyone says that this game is sooo retarded and dumb. well i saw this game like 5 months before released, and i was hooked. it was my favorite genre of music that i can interact with. plus its about dam fucking time they made a new type of game. think about it, if you get guitar hero 1, then every game you get after that will be no more of a challenge. not for a while at least. my point is that, its about time they gave a new challenge to learn and adapt with. DJ Hero is the shit. end of story

no your better off buying a midi/usb dj controller. good beginner packs are under $200. think I saw a few when I first started out for like $100 somthin.
actually these games do teach you fundamentals. Its not like they teach you NOTHING at all,its just nothing important enough to buy it just to learn how to dj.
that being said, ur better off buying a DJ midi/usb controller and do the same thing. Its just gonna take more effort.

finnally a game with a dj yes i always practice when i use my dj thing i dont know where to find it cuz i lend it to my friend to practice im better at it i will get this dj hero
if you want to actually learn to dj, dj hero will not teach you how to dj. Like guitar hero will not teach you how to play guitar. If you want to get into this kind of music and get a feel for dj’ing, then get dj hero.
